What Is All-on-4?

The All-on-4® implant prosthesis is a full-arch restoration that uses only four dental implants to support a complete set of upper or lower replacement teeth. Two implants are placed vertically in the front of the jaw, and two are angled in the back to maximize existing bone and avoid the need for bone grafting.

The Procedure

After planning with advanced 3D imaging, your oral surgeon will place four implants into the jawbone. A temporary prosthesis is usually attached the same day. After the healing period, a permanent, custom-made prosthesis is placed for a secure and lasting result.
